The Assistant Dinghy Instructor Course is being held on the weekend of 13th/14th April for those wishing to help both on and off the water. Great DofE opportunity for those older sailors! Chew Crew will start in early May, with both the beginners RYA Stage 1 & 2 courses, and an Intermediate group for those who already have their Stage 2 certificates or equivalent experience. Plus, new for this year, a Chew Crew Junior Race Day monthly coaching series.
Chew Crew Stage 1 & 2 Beginner courses are limited to 8 places. So, sign up asap if you’d like to reserve a place. The cost includes both the course and entry to the Chew Crew Intermediate program on completion of the course. We will be operating a weekly sign up procedure on webcollect so we know numbers in advance. Weekly sign up will go live before the 04-May-19 kick off day.
The Chew Crew Junior Race Day is scheduled approximately monthly. Aimed at those that have spent some time in the Intermediate group and above, and who want to improve their sailing and to try out some racing. Sign up is per session. Sailors have complete flexibility as to which session they sign up for.
